She obtained her M.B.Ch.B. from Hawler Medical University (2009–2010) and pursued her Fellowship in Family Medicine from the Kurdistan Higher Council for Medical Specialties, graduating in 2021.

In addition to her teaching role at Hawler Medical University, she has contributed meaningfully to medical literature, including her published study on the impact of smartphone usage on delayed language acquisition among toddlers in Erbil, an area of growing concern in pediatric development.
